Main Soup 汤头
1) Hot Water 热水
2) Ginger 姜
3) Onion 洋葱
4) Chinese Cabbage 中国白菜
5) Fried Salted Fish 炸咸鱼
6) Dried Cutter fish  干鱿鱼

Steps 步骤
1) All pour into a pot and cook for 30 minutes.
全部倒入锅内,煮30分钟.

如何做面线糊的制作方法 The Making of Mi Sua Paste

Ingredients 材 料
1) Mi sua (mash) 面线(捣碎)
2) Veggie ball (cut into Slice) 菜丸(切片)
3) Black fungus (Cut in strip)黑木耳 (条)
4) Fried Veggie ham 炸素火腿
5)Cornstarch water 太白粉水适量
6)Eggs (beat) 鸡蛋(拍散)

Condiments 调 味 料
1) Salt 盐
2) Soy sauce 酱油
3) Fried Onion 炸油
3) black vinegar (Optional) 乌醋适量 (可选)

Steps 步骤
1) Boil a pot of water 煮一锅水。
2)  Pour in black fungus into boil water for cook about 6 mins 倒入黑木耳在烧开水里约六分钟。
3) Pour in Veggie balls and cook for about 3 mins 素食约3分钟.
4)  Pour in Mi Sua then stir evenly 面线然后在搅拌均匀。
5) Add in condiments 加入调味
6)   Pour in cornstarch water then stir evenly 倒入太白粉水然后搅拌均匀.
7)  Lastly, pour in eggs and stir slowly at the same time 最后,倒入鸡蛋液慢慢地同一时间搅拌它。
