Lunch menu for 21st Aug 2012
Loh soup with Tua Pan 卤汤+鸳鸯(炒河粉

Ingredient 配料:
Bee Hoon 米粉
Tua Pan 大板
Carrot 胡萝卜
dried tofu 豆腐干
Choy Sum 菜心
Fish ball  鱼丸
Fried Onion 炸油葱
Bean sprout 豆芽
Eggs  蛋


Seasoning 调味料 :

Minced garlic 切碎 蒜头
Dark Soy sauce 黑酱油
Soy sauce 生抽
5 spices powder 五香粉
Pepper 胡椒粉
Salt 盐
Corn flour 生粉
