Chicken Glutinous rice 糯米饭
Ingredient 配料:
1) Glutinous rice 糯米 - soak into water about 2 hours 入水浸泡约2小时.
2) Chicken breast 鸡胸肉.
3) Chinese sausage (lap cheong) - 2 pieces - cut into small cube and fry until fragrant 香肠 - 2个 - 切小方块和爆香。
4) Roasted pork - cut into small cube and fry until fragrant. 乂燒肉-切成小方块和爆香.
4) Hard boil eggs, remove skin and cut into half 鸡蛋，去皮，切半.
5) Fried shallots 炸葱.
6) Fresh Spring onion (Cut in fine) 鲜葱（切细).
Ingredient for Marinated chicken breast 鸡胸肉腌料:
- soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil.
- 酱油，老抽，蚝油，盐，胡椒粉，白糖，香油。
Seasoning for rice 米的调味料：
- 2 tbsp oil or lard, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper.
- 2汤匙油或猪油，酱油，老抽，蚝油，香油，盐，胡椒粉。
