Sushi 寿司

Rice Ingredients
1) Japanese rice
2) Japanese Vinegar
3) Some sugar
3) Some salt

饭材料
1日本大米
2)日本
3)有些
3一些


Steps
1) Cook like normal rice cooking way with some sugar and salt.
2) Once well cook, then only pour vinegar and mix well, let it cool at room temperature

步骤
1)正常煮饭的方式一样煮,只是加一些糖和盐
2)一旦
煮好了饭,然后倒入醋,拌匀让它散热却在室内温度

Stuffing (optional)
1) Carrot
2) Cucumber
3) Ham
4) Crab stick
5) Corn Mayo



馅 (任选)
1胡萝卜
2黄瓜
3火腿
4蟹肉棒
5)玉米蛋黄酱


Rice roll Step
1) Use bamboo mat or sushi maker, to make the sushi shape you like.

饭卷的步骤
 1)可以寿司或寿司模,来造你喜欢的形状。

Papaya lime 木瓜酸柑

Ingredients:
  • 1 no ripe papaya
  • 1 no lime
  1. Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut into small piece.
  2. Squeeze lime over the papaya。
          Yummy!!!!



主料:

    1粒熟木瓜
    1酸柑


   1。 将木瓜成两半,用勺子舀出种子切成小块
   2.  压榨酸柑,把酸柑木瓜里。

              美味可口 !!!!!


Pumpkin barley dessert 南瓜薏仁甜点

Ingredients
1) Pumpkin (chop in tube)
2) 1 cup of barley (sock water for about 30 mins)
3) Ginger - 5cm
5) Rock Sugar

Steps
1) Boil a hot water in a pot.
2) Pour all the ingredients except rock sugar.
3) About 20 minutes using pressure cooker to cook it.

Wesak day Holiday cook 卫塞节假日下厨 - Red bean cereal 红豆米糊 & Veg Porridge 素粥

Menu 菜单
1) Red bean cereal 红豆米糊
2) Veg Porridge 素粥

 
Recipe: Red Bean 1 cup, brown rice half cup and dried longan
食谱红豆1杯糙米半杯 和 桂圆
Steps : Cook,Brand and lastly put in dried longan 步骤煲,搅和,最后桂圆倒入

 Recipe: Rice 1 cup, peanuts, dried mushrooms, long beans, carrots, coriander and seaweed.
食谱大米1,花生干香菇,长豆角,胡萝卜,香菜和紫菜
Steps : 1) Boil hot water with peanuts until the peanuts softly and drain out the
           water.花生煮到软然后排出只剩花生。
        2) Boil a pot of hot water and pour in rice, and cook as porridge for 20 
           minutes.煮一锅热水,倒入,煮成粥 20分钟。
               3) Pour in the rest of ingredients except coriander and seaweed, cook
           for 15 minutes 
           倒入其余的材料香菜海藻, 在煮 15分钟。
        4) Lastly, put some coriander and seaweed. 最后,放些香菜和紫菜.

Main Soup 汤头
1) Hot Water 热水
2) Ginger 姜
3) Onion 洋葱
4) Chinese Cabbage 中国白菜
5) Fried Salted Fish 炸咸鱼
6) Dried Cutter fish  干鱿鱼

Steps 步骤
1) All pour into a pot and cook for 30 minutes.
全部倒入锅内,煮30分钟.

如何做面线糊的制作方法 The Making of Mi Sua Paste

Ingredients 材 料
1) Mi sua (mash) 面线(捣碎)
2) Veggie ball (cut into Slice) 菜丸(切片)
3) Black fungus (Cut in strip)黑木耳 (条)
4) Fried Veggie ham 炸素火腿
5)Cornstarch water 太白粉水适量
6)Eggs (beat) 鸡蛋(拍散)

Condiments 调 味 料
1) Salt 盐
2) Soy sauce 酱油
3) Fried Onion 炸油
3) black vinegar (Optional) 乌醋适量 (可选)

Steps 步骤
1) Boil a pot of water 煮一锅水。
2)  Pour in black fungus into boil water for cook about 6 mins 倒入黑木耳在烧开水里约六分钟。
3) Pour in Veggie balls and cook for about 3 mins 素食约3分钟.
4)  Pour in Mi Sua then stir evenly 面线然后在搅拌均匀。
5) Add in condiments 加入调味
6)   Pour in cornstarch water then stir evenly 倒入太白粉水然后搅拌均匀.
7)  Lastly, pour in eggs and stir slowly at the same time 最后,倒入鸡蛋液慢慢地同一时间搅拌它。

Lunar New Year 15th (Chap goh meh) 农历正月十五元宵节

CHAP Goh Mei, which is Hokkien for “15th night”, symbolises the end of the Chinese New Year. Usually will cook "Bubur chacha" for prayer, I was followed the tradition too.

CHAP Goh Mei,这是福建语为“十五夜”,象征着中国农历新年的结束。通常会煮懵懵察察”来祈祷主先,那我也不例外.

Ingredients 成份:
1) Sweet potatoes(yellow, purple and orange colors) 
番薯(黄色,紫色和橙色颜色 
2)Ginkgo 白果
3)Yam 芋
4)Sago 西米
5)Gula Melaka 黄糖
6) Banana 香蕉
7)Pandan leaves 香兰叶
8) Fresh Coconut Milk 新鲜椰奶

Seafood congee and Tuna eggs dip mayo 海鲜粥和金枪鱼鸡蛋蘸蛋黄酱

Seafood congee (Fish maw & dry squid) 海鲜粥(鱼鳔 & 干鱿鱼)

Seafood Congee ingredients and steps 海鲜粥原料和步骤
- Boil a pot of water with 1 inch gingers (pat the gingers before put into the water) 
煮一锅加入1英寸生姜 (生姜要拍一拍).

 - Once water boil,pour in the rice and cook about 30 minutes.,stir well with a cooking paddle during the process.
一旦水烧开,倒入大米,煮约30分钟烹饪的过程中搅拌均匀

 - when the porridge well cook then add in the fish maw and dry squid (pre-cook:fish maw need to soak into clean water until soft, dry squid needs to be cleaned and gently cut thin line on the surface, finally cut into small pieces
   煮熟了加入鱿鱼 (预:鱼放入清水浸泡至软。干鱿鱼需要清洗和轻地在鱿鱼的表面上割细细的线,最后切成小块

 - Add in Salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well  
加入盐,酱油香油,搅拌均匀

 - Lastly,put in some fresh coriander for garnish. 最后,把一些新鲜香菜装饰.
 


Tuna eggs dip mayo 金枪鱼鸡蛋蘸蛋黄酱

Tuna eggs dip Mayo ingredients and steps
- Fry onions (chop fine) until aromatic 炒洋(剁细)直到香

- Pour in Tuna (cans type,soak in salt water) into aromatic onions, stir evenly 吞拿鱼(罐在盐水中泡倒入煎好洋葱里,在炒一炒它。

- Whip up 5 nos of eggs into a bowl and mix well with fried onion and tuna 
 打散5粒鸡蛋放入碗里倒入炒洋葱和金枪鱼一起搅匀

- Heat up 5 table spoons of cooking oil and pour in the eggs with onion and tuna (cook alike fry eggs method) 烧热5汤匙烹调油倒入搅匀的鸡蛋,洋葱和金枪鱼(可以用煎鸡蛋方式)

- Until all the mixed eggs,onion and eggs turn to golden color then mix with mayo 直到所有搅匀的鸡蛋,洋葱和金枪鱼色泽金黄然后在混合蛋黄酱。








Shrimp Congee 虾粥

Shrimp Congee ingredients and steps 虾原料和步骤
- Boil a pot of water with 1 inch gingers (pat the gingers before put into the water) 
煮一锅加入1英寸生姜 (生姜要拍一拍).

 - Once water boil,pour in the rice and cook about 30 minutes.,stir well with a cooking paddle during the process.
一旦水烧开,倒入大米,煮约30分钟烹饪的过程中搅拌均匀

 - when the porridge well cook then add in the Shrimps (pre-cook:wash and marinated with some wine for about 30 minutes)

   一旦添加虾在里(:洗一些腌制30分钟左右



Below ingredients are mixed in to the Shrimp Congee during last 3 minutes cook  
以下成分混合最后3分钟的虾
 - Eggs (beat), slowly pour into the porridge and stir evenly  
鸡蛋 (打散慢慢倒入粥中,搅拌均匀

 - Add in Salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well  
加入盐,酱油香油,搅拌均匀



 - Lastly,put in some fresh coriander for garnish. 最后,把一些新鲜香菜装饰.


 - (Optional)add some soak seaweed, more tasty. (可选)添加一些浸泡海藻美味.
 - (Optional) add grind salted duck egg, more tasty.(可选)添加碎咸鸭蛋, 美味.
