Shrimp Congee 虾粥

Shrimp Congee ingredients and steps 虾原料和步骤
- Boil a pot of water with 1 inch gingers (pat the gingers before put into the water) 
煮一锅加入1英寸生姜 (生姜要拍一拍).

 - Once water boil,pour in the rice and cook about 30 minutes.,stir well with a cooking paddle during the process.
一旦水烧开,倒入大米,煮约30分钟烹饪的过程中搅拌均匀

 - when the porridge well cook then add in the Shrimps (pre-cook:wash and marinated with some wine for about 30 minutes)

   一旦添加虾在里(:洗一些腌制30分钟左右



Below ingredients are mixed in to the Shrimp Congee during last 3 minutes cook  
以下成分混合最后3分钟的虾
 - Eggs (beat), slowly pour into the porridge and stir evenly  
鸡蛋 (打散慢慢倒入粥中,搅拌均匀

 - Add in Salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well  
加入盐,酱油香油,搅拌均匀



 - Lastly,put in some fresh coriander for garnish. 最后,把一些新鲜香菜装饰.


 - (Optional)add some soak seaweed, more tasty. (可选)添加一些浸泡海藻美味.
 - (Optional) add grind salted duck egg, more tasty.(可选)添加碎咸鸭蛋, 美味.
