Sushi 寿司

Rice Ingredients
1) Japanese rice
2) Japanese Vinegar
3) Some sugar
3) Some salt

饭材料
1日本大米
2)日本
3)有些
3一些


Steps
1) Cook like normal rice cooking way with some sugar and salt.
2) Once well cook, then only pour vinegar and mix well, let it cool at room temperature

步骤
1)正常煮饭的方式一样煮,只是加一些糖和盐
2)一旦
煮好了饭,然后倒入醋,拌匀让它散热却在室内温度

Stuffing (optional)
1) Carrot
2) Cucumber
3) Ham
4) Crab stick
5) Corn Mayo



馅 (任选)
1胡萝卜
2黄瓜
3火腿
4蟹肉棒
5)玉米蛋黄酱


Rice roll Step
1) Use bamboo mat or sushi maker, to make the sushi shape you like.

饭卷的步骤
 1)可以寿司或寿司模,来造你喜欢的形状。

Papaya lime 木瓜酸柑

Ingredients:
  • 1 no ripe papaya
  • 1 no lime
  1. Cut the papaya in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut into small piece.
  2. Squeeze lime over the papaya。
          Yummy!!!!



主料:

    1粒熟木瓜
    1酸柑


   1。 将木瓜成两半,用勺子舀出种子切成小块
   2.  压榨酸柑,把酸柑木瓜里。

              美味可口 !!!!!


Pumpkin barley dessert 南瓜薏仁甜点

Ingredients
1) Pumpkin (chop in tube)
2) 1 cup of barley (sock water for about 30 mins)
3) Ginger - 5cm
5) Rock Sugar

Steps
1) Boil a hot water in a pot.
2) Pour all the ingredients except rock sugar.
3) About 20 minutes using pressure cooker to cook it.
