Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup of yogurt
Steps :
- Smash the ripe bananas in a large bowl
- Mixed Butter and sugar.
- Add egg and stir evenly.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt in the mixture.
- Slowly pour the flour in the mixture.
- lastly add in yogurt and continue mixed.
Apply some butter on the bake pot.
- Pour the mixture into bake pot and bake for about 45mins.
Note : Harden a bit but good taste, next round will try "banana mix powder"
