Seafood congee (Fish maw & dry squid) 海鲜粥(鱼鳔 & 干鱿鱼)
- Boil a pot of water with 1 inch gingers (pat the gingers before put into the water)
煮一锅水,加入1英寸生姜 (生姜要拍一拍).
- Once water boil,pour in the rice and cook about 30 minutes.,stir well with a cooking paddle during the process.
一旦水烧开,倒入大米,煮约30分钟,烹饪的过程中桨搅拌均匀。
- when the porridge well cook then add in the fish maw and dry squid (pre-cook:fish maw need to soak into clean water until soft, dry squid needs to be cleaned and gently cut thin line on the surface, finally cut into small pieces)
当粥煮熟了,加入鱼鳔和干鱿鱼 (预煮:鱼鳔放入清水浸泡至软。干鱿鱼需要清洗和轻轻地在鱿鱼的表面上割细细的线,最后切成小块
- Add in Salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well
加加入盐,酱油和香油,搅拌均匀
- Lastly,put in some fresh coriander for garnish. 最后,把一些新鲜香菜装饰.

- Fry onions (chop fine) until aromatic 炒洋葱(剁细)直到香
- Pour in Tuna (cans type,soak in salt water) into aromatic onions, stir evenly 吞拿鱼(罐型,在盐水中泡)倒入煎好的洋葱里,在炒一炒它。
- Whip up 5 nos of eggs into a bowl and mix well with fried onion and tuna
打散5粒鸡蛋放入碗里,倒入炒洋葱和金枪鱼一起搅匀
- Heat up 5 table spoons of cooking oil and pour in the eggs with onion and tuna (cook alike fry eggs method) 烧热5汤匙烹调油,倒入搅匀的鸡蛋,洋葱和金枪鱼(可以用煎鸡蛋的方式)
- Until all the mixed eggs,onion and eggs turn to golden color then mix with mayo 直到所有的搅匀的鸡蛋,洋葱和金枪鱼色泽金黄,然后在混合蛋黄酱。
