- Boil a pot of water with 1 inch gingers (pat the gingers before put into the water)

- Once water boil,pour in the rice and cook about 30 minutes.,stir well with a cooking paddle during the process.

- when the porridge well cook then add in the Shrimps (pre-cook:wash and marinated with some wine for about 30 minutes)
一旦粥煮好,添加虾在粥里(预煮:洗和一些酒腌制30分钟左右)
Below ingredients are mixed in to the Shrimp Congee during last 3 minutes cook

- Eggs (beat), slowly pour into the porridge and stir evenly
鸡蛋 (打散,慢慢倒入粥中,搅拌均匀
- Add in Salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and stir well
加加入盐,酱油和香油,搅拌均匀
- Lastly,put in some fresh coriander for garnish. 最后,把一些新鲜香菜装饰.
- (Optional)add some soak seaweed, more tasty. (可选)添加一些浸泡海藻,更美味.
- (Optional) add grind salted duck egg, more tasty.(可选)添加碎咸鸭蛋, 更美味.
