Wesak day Holiday cook 卫塞节假日下厨 - Red bean cereal 红豆米糊 & Veg Porridge 素粥

Menu 菜单
1) Red bean cereal 红豆米糊
2) Veg Porridge 素粥

 
Recipe: Red Bean 1 cup, brown rice half cup and dried longan
食谱红豆1杯糙米半杯 和 桂圆
Steps : Cook,Brand and lastly put in dried longan 步骤煲,搅和,最后桂圆倒入

 Recipe: Rice 1 cup, peanuts, dried mushrooms, long beans, carrots, coriander and seaweed.
食谱大米1,花生干香菇,长豆角,胡萝卜,香菜和紫菜
Steps : 1) Boil hot water with peanuts until the peanuts softly and drain out the
           water.花生煮到软然后排出只剩花生。
        2) Boil a pot of hot water and pour in rice, and cook as porridge for 20 
           minutes.煮一锅热水,倒入,煮成粥 20分钟。
               3) Pour in the rest of ingredients except coriander and seaweed, cook
           for 15 minutes 
           倒入其余的材料香菜海藻, 在煮 15分钟。
        4) Lastly, put some coriander and seaweed. 最后,放些香菜和紫菜.
